Potato Enzyme Lab
Question: Does the amount of hydrogen peroxide used affect the reaction time of the potato tubers?
Hypothesis: If the hydrogen peroxide quantity increases, then the reaction rate will speed up due to the increased amount of H2O2
and its use as a catalyst to speed up chemical reactions.

Variables
Independant Variable: the amount of hydrogen peroxide used in the experiment.
Dependant Variable: the amount of time it takes for the reaction to occur.
Constants:
-same type of potato is used
-same size of potato piece
-same measurments
-same type of beaker (no residue left over)
